The Tactical Shooters Club is a sanctioned member of the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) and competitive shooting events sponsored by the Tactical Shooters Club will be governed by the rules set forth by the IDPA.
There is no membership fee required to belong to the Tactical Shooters Club. However, a shooter is required to be a member in good standing of the IDPA in order to participate in Tactical Shooters Club IDPA competitions. New shooters can shoot one time without joining the IDPA.
The Tactical Shooters Club strongly recommends that shooters have a Concealed Handgun License (CHL). Shooters who do not have a CHL are subject to background checks.
The Tactical Shooters Club reserves the right to exclude any shooter from participation. Reasons for exclusion include but are not limited to the following: shooter exhibits unsafe gun handling, shooter is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violation of range rules and disqualification as defined by IDPA rules.
Payment of range fees is the responsibility of the shooter.
Additionally, there will be a nominal fee paid to the Tactical
Shooters Club to help defray the cost of equipment, targets
and supplies purchased by the club.
