A KNORK® is a combination knife & fork forged from the finest stainless steel. The uniqueness of KNORK® Flatware is two fold. The Original single KNORK® was created to provide single utensil capable of utilizing the benefits of both cutting like a dinner knife and spearing like a fork, together as one, without the sharp knife edge. This is accomplished by utilizing the innovative design of the balanced handle and finger platform. By gripping the handle and placing your index finger on the platform, press the outside beveled edge tine on the food to be cut. Use an up & down rocking motion on the KNORK® fork’s outside curved tines. Its beveled edge will cut through meats like steak, chicken or ham as well as steamed vegetables to pizza.
